In summer 2020, I worked as a UX Design Intern for SellerBench, a company that helps Amazon FBA Sellers recover reimbursements when Amazon makes mistakes with their inventory, orders, or shipments. My projects included redesigning the marketing site as well as building the UIs for client facing tools.
Bringing a fresh new look to the marketing website with a focus on clear messaging and a flexible design structure to boost conversions.
Designing the user journey and visual interface for a mobile tool that clients use to keep track of damaged inventory and submit claims for fee reimbursements.
Redesigning Pratt Institute's outdated and hidden system for submitting maintenance requests, focusing on mobile-web.
Creating a visual identity for a library dedicated to the pursuit and preservation of photojournalism.
